What is the working principle of a water jet Intensifier Pump?

The water jet is basically composed of four parts: a control system, an oil pump, a intensifier pump assembly, and an energy storage device. The oil pump is responsible for providing power, and drives the intensifier pump to perform uninterrupted piston movement through hydraulic pressure. The piston is loosened and tightened, and when it is loose, it naturally stores water and automatically fills with tap water. Then, the piston rod is squeezed by hydraulic pressure, so that the natural water inside is squeezed to form ultra-high pressure, and the ultra-high pressure water is finally formed through the characteristic that the check valve cannot flow back, and then the high-pressure water jet flows to the cutting head, and finally the material is cut. According to the different materials being cut, the high pressure used can also be set to different values.

What accessories does the water jet Intensifier Pump consist of?

1 Cylinder ----- The piston is installed inside and the cylinder end covers are installed at both ends. It is tightened by the pull rod. The hydraulic oil enters the cylinder through the oil hole of the cylinder end cover, so that the piston moves back and forth inside the cylinder.
2 Piston ----- The piston is connected to the plunger rod on both sides and fixed by the gland. It is installed inside the cylinder and moves back and forth in the cylinder. The working power of the piston comes from the hydraulic oil pushing in and out of the cylinder.
3 Oil circuit board ----- The oil circuit board is installed on the oil hole surface of the cylinder end cover, and the electromagnetic reversing valve is installed on the other side. The oil pipe port is connected to the oil pump through the oil pipe.
4 Electromagnetic reversing valve ----- The electromagnetic reversing valve is a direction control component for the hydraulic oil to enter and exit the cylinder through the oil circuit board. Its control of the left and right reciprocating movement of the piston plays a very critical role in the boosting of the intensifier pump pump.
5 High-pressure maintenance assembly ----- It consists of 4pcs of high-pressure rings, O-rings, and alloy rings. It is installed inside the high-pressure cylinder body. The inner ring covers the plunger rod and acts as a high-pressure water seal.
6 Low-pressure oil seal assembly ----- It is an installation kit composed of multiple sealing rings. It is installed in multiple oil holes and contact surfaces of various parts on the cylinder end cover to ensure that the hydraulic oil does not leak.
7 Cylinder end cover ----- The cylinder end cover is installed at both ends of the cylinder through four sets of tie rods. Each oil hole is equipped with a low-pressure sealing ring. The oil inlet and outlet holes are equipped with an oil circuit board, and the plunger rod passes through its center hole.
8 Reversing induction assembly ----- It consists of a reversing push rod, a reversing spring, a sensor, etc. It is installed from the outer inlet to the reversing execution hole on the cylinder end cover and fixed by a fixing seat.
9 Cylinder end cover tie rod ----- The tie rod is inserted into the round holes on the corners of the cylinder end covers on both sides, and the nuts on both sides are twisted to tighten the cylinder end covers and make them firmly combined with the cylinder.
10 Plunger rod ----- The side with a larger diameter is installed in the piston groove. After the gland is inserted, the circlip is used to clamp the inner groove of the piston and install it stably. It moves in the high-pressure cylinder body and contacts the high-pressure seal. The product finish is required to be high.
12 High-pressure cylinder body ----- The high-pressure cylinder body is the source of high-pressure water. The higher the pressure generated, the higher the pressure of the high-pressure cylinder body, and the higher the material requirements for the high-pressure cylinder body. The high-pressure cylinder body is installed on the side of the cylinder end cover facing outward.
13 High-pressure cylinder inner sleeve ----- The high-pressure cylinder inner sleeve is installed in the high-pressure cylinder body before the high-pressure seal assembly is installed, which plays a role in stabilizing the high-pressure seal groups on both sides from moving.
14 Check valve body ----- The check valve body is an important part that carries low-pressure water into the high-pressure cylinder body and pushes high-pressure water to the one-way valve and high-pressure pipe. The low-pressure repair kit is installed on the check valve body and is tightly fitted to the high-pressure cylinder through the high-pressure cylinder end cover.
15 Check valve body ----- The check valve body is equipped with a high-pressure spring and a high-pressure valve core, which are connected behind the check valve body. The high-pressure water is transferred into the high-pressure pipe after pushing the high-pressure valve core. The connection between the check valve body and the high-pressure pipe is a clamping connection through a compression screw sleeve.
16 High-pressure cylinder end cover ----- There is a low-pressure water inlet hole on the high-pressure cylinder end cover, and the check valve body is connected to one side of the high-pressure cylinder body. After the water pipe is connected, the low-pressure water enters the check valve body from the high-pressure cylinder end cover, and then enters the high-pressure cylinder body.
17 Check valve repair assembly ----- It consists of a high-pressure valve core, a valve pad, a spring, a low-pressure valve disc, a valve cover, screws, and an O-ring, so that high-pressure water and low-pressure water can flow in one direction in the check valve body and the check valve body.

Maintenance and maintenance of water jet superchargers?

1. When connecting the high-pressure pipe, in order to prevent water leakage from the high-pressure pipe, one end of the high-pressure pipe thread should be higher than the three teeth of the gasket.

2. Lubricating oil should be applied to the sealing ring in the supercharger to reduce friction and resistance, so as to work stably for a long time.

3. It is recommended to loosen the threads at the connection between the high-pressure cylinder and the low-pressure cylinder head every two or three days to prevent the connection between the high-pressure cylinder and the low-pressure cylinder head from being too tight. The water jet cutting machine has good flexibility and can cut workpieces of any shape at any time. Especially when the material is thicker and the hardness is higher, the punching and shearing process will be difficult or impossible to achieve, and the water cutting method is more ideal.

4. After proficiently operating and controlling the water jet, appropriate pressure should be used to divide the object. This will not only reduce work efficiency, but also greatly increase the service life of accessories.
